I've been self-employed in the world of websites, content management, and digital strategy since the early days of the web. Over the years, I've worked with large companies and institutions — building, managing, and improving their online presence.

But the idea for aNewSite didn't come from the corporate world. It came from real conversations — with friends, tradespeople, and small business owners who simply don't have the time to get to grips with web design, SEO, social media, responsive layouts, and everything else that comes with getting a proper site online. And the ones who did try often found that "build your website in minutes" isn't quite as straightforward as the platforms make it sound.
